Job summary

Littler is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic programs that inform and engage employees across the firm. The role partners with the Director of Communications and business leaders to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging and strengthen culture.

This is a hybrid role with locations in Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX or Kansas City, MO. The annual salary range is $125,600 to $152,000, with eligibility for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience supporting executive communications.
• Experience developing communications strategies and campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with communication analytics and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with firm goals and priorities.
• Create communication plans that support firm initiatives and organizational changes, leadership messages and employee engagement efforts.
• Advise and implement effective communication approaches and best practices.
• Ensure message consistency across all internal communication channels.
• Create a firmwide calendar to ensure proper cadence of communications.
