Job summary

Littler is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop strategic programs that inform, engage and connect employees across the firm. This role partners with the Director of Communications and leadership to translate complex initiatives into clear, impactful communications.

This hybrid role supports Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Kansas City, MO, with a salary range of $125,600–$152,000 and performance-based bonuses. Strong writing and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience supporting executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with firm goals and priorities.
• Create communication plans supporting initiatives, leadership messages and employee engagement.
• Advise on effective communication approaches and best practices.
• Ensure message consistency across internal channels.
• Create a firmwide calendar for cadence of communications.
