Job summary

RippleMatch Inc. seeks a Communications Intern for Summer 2027 in Ada, MI. This onsite role offers hands-on experience across content creation, employee messaging, digital signage, and editorial planning within the Internal Communications team.

You will partner with U.S. and Global teams to organize editorial calendars, analyze engagement data, draft internal communications, and develop planning tools that improve cross-channel coordination. Some days may be remote on Friday.

Qualifications

Junior-year completion with anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2030.
Proficiency with Canva or similar design software and MS Office.
Experience creating visual content for digital channels.
Video production/editing and digital animation experience preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support development of a structured communications planning process aligning with enterprise priorities.
Organize editorial calendars, research best practices, analyze engagement data.
Create evergreen digital signage templates and intranet articles.
Draft employee communications and contribute to campaigns across channels.
Collaborate with U.S. and Global Internal Communications teams.
