Job summary

RippleMatch Inc. is seeking a Community & Content Intern for Summer 2027 in Ada, MI. The role is onsite with in-person reporting Mondays–Thursdays and remote Fridays as an option.

You will contribute to storytelling, communications, and engagement initiatives for the ABO Rewards & Recognition team, aiding events and recognition programs. You will develop content, manage communications, and support digital media strategies while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students who will have completed freshmen, sophomore, or junior year by start of internship.
• GPA/academic eligibility not specified; participation requires current student status.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Content creation, communications, and engagement initiatives supporting A70 objectives.
• Develop communications for recognition programs and events.
• Support digital and social media content strategies.
• Assist with audience insights and engagement analysis.
• Coordinate user-generated content initiatives.
