Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5+ years related work experience required in Internal Communications.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents and perform analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Communications Department to articulate and strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies and content.
• Foster alignment of communications across the system to support BILH brand.
• Serve as subject matter expert in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Make strategic recommendations to engage internal audiences across channels.
• Write and edit internal communications for newsletters, emails, intranets, and talking points.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency across internal and external channels.
• Stay updated on national trends in internal communications and engagement.
