Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Communications and Engagement Specialist to develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with our values and support a cohesive, inclusive workplace culture.

You will lead company-wide campaigns, manage internal channels, and coordinate national engagement initiatives with HR and field teams to keep all employees informed and connected to the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or employee engagement.
• Experience in construction, facilities services, contracting, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to manage communications across distributed teams or multi-site operations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implements components of the internal communications strategy aligned with goals and culture.
• Produces content across channels: email, newsletters, intranet, Teams, digital signage.
• Supports executive communications, change initiatives, and company messaging.
• Designs programs to promote employee recognition, connection, and inclusion across sites.
• Coordinates national engagement campaigns and events (e.g., Safety Week, Appreciation Days).
• Partners with field leaders to tailor localized communication and engagement efforts.
• Writes and curates content for varied audiences (field, office, executive).
• Manages editorial calendar and ensures timely campaign execution.
• Leverages SharePoint, Teams and signage platforms to improve reach and engagement.
• Supports employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
