Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Colleague Engagement & Experience to lead engagement strategies and enterprise culture initiatives. You will partner with Talent Management leadership to design, coordinate, and evaluate programs that strengthen our culture, improve colleague satisfaction, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will work with Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to craft meaningful colleague experiences and align with ArchWell Health's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in colleague engagement, internal communications, or related HR functions.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide programs, communications, or engagement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise colleague engagement strategies and programs.
• Design, administer, and analyze engagement surveys and pulse surveys with leadership.
• Own vendor relationships, fielding, data, timeline, and results delivery.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and operations to support engagement planning.
