Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Colleague Engagement & Experience, to lead and evolve our organization-wide engagement initiatives. The role partners with Talent Management to design, implement, and measure programs that strengthen culture, improve colleague satisfaction, and boost retention across remote and ArchWell locations.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, and other functions, shaping the digital employee experience and delivering impactful communications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years in colleague engagement, internal communications, or related HR functions.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise colleague engagement strategies and programs as part of Talent Management.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate engagement surveys and post-survey actions.
• Develop and manage enterprise communications for leaders and colleagues.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide town halls and colleague forums.
• Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement across TM initiatives.
