Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Director of Employee & Leadership Communications and Employer Brand to lead the strategy, creation and delivery of employee and leadership communications that connect people to culture, priorities and experience.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across internal communications, executive messaging, town halls, newsletters and digital experiences to shape how employees engage with the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate internal communications within a large multinational or highly matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing or leading governance, operating models, intake and prioritization processes, enterprise planning, channel strategy or portfolio management.
• Strong strategic and operational judgment with the ability to translate priorities into governance requirements and coordinated plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead all employee and leadership communications, including executive messaging and leadership updates.
• Develop and execute an integrated content and storytelling strategy connecting employees to company priorities, culture and values.
• Oversee enterprise town halls, leadership forums, and employee communication events for a consistent employee experience.
• Own strategy for newsletters, campaigns, and editorial planning across internal channels.
• Lead SharePoint and digital employee experience content strategy, design and user experience to improve engagement.
• Oversee graphic design and creative services to ensure brand-aligned communications.
• Develop campaigns that support culture, belonging, recognition, volunteering, learning, wellbeing and other initiatives.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for leadership visibility and employee connection.
