Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Internal Communications Content and Editorial Manager to lead editorial strategy, planning and execution across Stellantis’ internal channels. You will translate complex business priorities into employee-focused storytelling and drive engagement.

You'll collaborate with Global Internal Communications, North America teams and functional partners to shape what stories we tell, how we tell them, and how we measure impact across audiences and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field.
• 7+ years combined experience in communications, journalism or public relations.
• Strategic storyteller with strong media instincts and deep understanding of the auto industry.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual graphics) with ability to translate technical content into clear messages.
• Collaborative, team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, fast-paced, deadline-driven with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal editorial strategy aligned with business priorities and employee needs.
• Lead editorial planning and prioritization across channels and geographies.
• Partner with Global Internal Communications and regional teams to elevate North American stories.
• Write, edit and publish clear, compelling content across internal channels.
• Support leadership and executive communications around key priorities.
• Maintain consistent editorial standards, tone and voice across internal communications.
• Develop audience-first approaches considering diverse employee populations, functions and locations.
• Define and optimize channels (intranet, email, internal social) to boost awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate content intake, approvals and publishing processes with stakeholders.
• Establish metrics for content performance and reporting with communications partners.
