Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a North America Internal Communications intern to gain hands-on experience in employee storytelling, content strategy and analytics. You will work closely with the Internal Communications team to uncover stories, evaluate performance and contribute to storytelling initiatives.

Interns will be assigned to projects based on background, with opportunities for mentorship, networking, and potential return internships or full-time consideration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for internship;Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in employee storytelling and internal content strategy.
• Assist with content performance analytics to inform storytelling priorities.
• Build a pipeline of employee-centered stories from discovery to publication.
• Support communications across plant and corporate channels, including town halls and engagement campaigns.
• Partner with internal digital and content comms teams to test imagery and formats.
• Analyze monthly internal communications performance for trends and insights.
• Benchmark external storytelling practices to identify opportunities for Stellantis.
• Support editorial planning and special projects as needed.
