Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mine for compelling employee stories across North America and develop select stories from discovery through publication.
• Build a pipeline of employee-centered stories that bring people, products, brands, culture and business priorities to life.
• Support manufacturing communications across plant and corporate channels, including content development and leadership communications.
• Analyze performance data to inform storytelling priorities and content strategy.
