Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Denver to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide them through admissions with empathy, manage administrative duties, and support referral sources and internal teams.

You will develop autism expertise to explain services, handle inbound calls, and contribute to marketing and admissions activities while embracing ABC’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience
• Passion for work benefiting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Willing to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics
• Provide inbound-call support to prospective and current clients/families
• Become a subject-matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations and clinical leadership

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functionsfor our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources

• Handle variousmarketing + admissions tasksto support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
