Job summary

ABC is seeking an INTERNAL Clinic Admissions Associate in Broomfield, CO to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident.

This role goes beyond admin duties: it’s about building relationships, making strong first impressions, and expanding access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative work or customer service experience.
• Positive attitude with ability to engage families.
• Passion for helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations leadership.
• Uphold ABC core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun.

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functionsfor our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support toinbound callsfrom both prospective + current clients/families
• You willbecome asubject matter expert on autismin order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle variousmarketing + admissions tasksto support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
