Action Behavior Centers in Lemont, IL is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families into ABA therapy with empathy and clarity. You’ll handle admissions logistics, inbound calls, and become an autism subject matter expert for families.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate admin, and cross-functional teamwork in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Strong communication with families and referrals.

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children.
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.
