ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel supported and informed at every step.
This role focuses on administrative tasks, inbound family calls, and becoming a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC assists their children. Located in our Colorado clinics, the position emphasizes compassionate, team-centered care.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
