Job summary

WEG Transformers USA is hiring an Internal Assembler in Washington, MO. You will perform a range of transformer assembly tasks, reading BOMs and drawings, preparing materials, and using cranes or hoists as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings; work with minimal supervision.
• Must perform basic mathematics and computations.
• Able to adhere to schedule and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret BOMs, drawings, schematics and work instructions to complete tasks.
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment for assembly.
• Assemble parts, operate cranes/hoists as needed.
• Assist and mentor new team members in assembly.
• Maintain quality and production records.
