WEG is hiring an Internal Assembler in Washington, Missouri, to contribute to transformer production. You will read BOMs and schematics, select and prepare materials, and perform assembly of specified parts, with occasional crane operation.
The role includes training new team members and maintaining quality records. Ideal candidates can read BOMs, perform basic math, and have US work authorization; evening/night shifts and limited overtime may be required.

Starting Pay: $23.46 / Hour + $0.75 / Hour Shift Premium
