Job summary

Humanscale seeks a hands-on AI Engineer to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that automate processes and improve efficiency. You will train models, build prototypes and production tools across document processing, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.

You'll collaborate with IT and business teams, ensure data quality, and apply responsible AI practices while using Python, Azure AI Services, Streamlit, and Power Platform to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in software development, analytics, data engineering, AI, ML, or related technical field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI platforms/tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
• 2-3 years of programming experience in Python or other modern languages.
• Experience building apps, automations, or integrations using modern frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI with ERP/CRM/document management/workflow platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research and document business use cases where AI can impact processes and decision-making.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities for automation.
• Analyze and prioritize AI initiatives based on value and feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions and proof-of-concepts.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and applications using AI technologies and modern frameworks.
• Support AI initiatives including generative AI, document understanding, and intelligent search.
• Develop solutions using Python, Streamlit, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and related tech.
• Evaluate AI platforms and determine applicability to business use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support operational improvements.
• Drive data cleansing, standardization, and governance for AI effectiveness.
• Document designs, business cases, pilot results, and plans.
• Stay informed on AI trends and best practices.
