Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Internal AI Engineer who will design and ship agentic AI workflows across GTM, Operations, and Finance. You will co-design automation and tools that reduce manual toil and accelerate decision making.

You will own end-to-end experiments, integrate AI with Salesforce, Slack, and Ashby, and help build scalable automation patterns. A strong AI-first mindset and backend expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping automations or applications in production.
• Strong Python and SQL and system design patterns (APIs, webhooks, orchestration layers).
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication flows.

Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
• Integrating AI systems with core business stack—Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and more.
• Building reusable automation services, patterns and shared templates that multiply team output.
• Owning experiments end-to-end: discovery to production and measuring impact.
• Developing evaluation and monitoring frameworks so AI-native workflows are reliable, auditable, and safe.
