Syra Health Corp in Indiana seeks an Internal Affairs Specialist to assist the DCS Internal Affairs Director and Investigator in detecting misconduct, policy violations, fraud, and other improprieties within the agency.

The role includes preparing data log requests, coordinating interviews, compiling evidentiary materials, and editing investigation reports, while upholding ethics and confidentiality and working under the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer’s guidance.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting Outlook data log requests through the Indiana Office of Technology's Archer portal.
• Preparing and submitting case management system data log requests.
• Analyzing and converting data log reports into clear, sequential narrative summaries.
• Scheduling investigation-related interviews.
• Assisting with note-taking during interviews.
• Assisting with maintaining the Internal Affairs Referral investigation portal and electronic investigation file system.
• Compiling evidentiary materials for investigations.
• Proofreading and editing investigation report documents.
• Assisting other Ethics and Compliance Division department as needed.
