Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Dealership Lube Technician to join a fast-paced automotive service team. You will perform high-quality, efficient preventative maintenance while identifying additional service needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include draining/refilling engine oil, replacing filters, tire rotations and balancing, multi-point inspections, and accurate repair order documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with basic automotive tools and equipment.
• Ability to operate fluid exchange machines safely and effectively.
• Experience with tire rotation, mounting, balancing, and pressure checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluid services: drain/refill engine oil, replace filters, top off fluids.
• Carry out tire maintenance including rotation, mounting, balancing, and pressure checks.
• Complete multi-point inspections of brakes, lines, hoses, belts, and underbody components.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate needs to Service Advisors clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety standards.
