Paycom - ATS is seeking a Dealership Lube Technician to join our fast-paced automotive service team. You will perform high-quality, efficient preventative maintenance while identifying additional service needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include fluid services, tire maintenance, and multi-point inspections, with documentation and clear communication to Service Advisors. Maintain a safe, organized shop and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform fluid services: drain and refill engine oil, replace filters, and top off all critical automotive fluids.
• Conduct tire maintenance: rotations, precision mounting, balancing, and pressure checks.
• Execute multi-point inspections: inspect brakes, lines, hoses, belts, and underbody components.
• Document and communicate: record all work on repair orders and report additional repair needs to Service Advisors.
• Maintain shop safety: keep work bays clean, organized, and compliant with dealership and OSHA safety standards.
