Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Dealership Lube Technician in Palatine, IL to perform high-quality preventative maintenance and identify additional service needs for customer safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and precise documentation, while upholding OSHA safety standards. Benefits and extensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic automotive tools, fluid exchange machines, and tire equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacement, and fluid top-offs.
• Carry out tire rotations, mounting, balancing and pressure checks.
• Conduct multi-point inspections of brakes, belts, hoses, and underbody components.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate needs to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety standards.
