Job summary

Lennar’s Future Builders Program is a 10-week summer data technology track designed for highly motivated early career professionals. Participants will ingest, analyze, and organize data, build pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists, with potential transition to full-time roles based on performance.

The program starts in June 2027 and offers hands-on onboarding, structured training, and exposure to Lennar’s Technology Group within a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, math, computer science, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build data systems and pipelines using dbt, Snowflake, and Prefect
• Conduct data analysis and report on findings
• Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling
• Develop algorithms and prototypes

• Identify data acquisition opportunities

What is the \"Future Builders\" program? Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into our recent college graduate (RCG) program or other entry-level roles after the summer. The Technology track is a 10 weeklong program during the summer that prepares participants for careers in Lennar Technology Group. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing interns a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.
