THE·TEAM, a leading rights sales and marketing agency, invites you to join its Rights team in New York City as an internship focused on learning sponsorship sales and market research. You'll support strategy, compile reports, conduct brand research using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Global Data, and assist UK colleagues on cross-border opportunities.

The program runs January 11–May 7, 2027, requires 40 hours/week, and offers $19/hour with the possibility of growth and exposure to premier sports and

Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote for preparing proposals and reports.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Solid research skills to support sponsorship proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies with the team.
  • Compile a weekly Sponsorship & Brand Report for the sales team.
  • Conduct research for prospect brand briefs using ZoomInfo and Global Data Tool.
  • Create bios for sales leads before pitch calls using LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Collaborate with the UK team on research efforts and opportunities.
  • Assist with property/rightsholder research for new business opportunities.

For more information, please visit the.team .The Rights team represents global and national best-in-class rights holder clients to drive commercial revenue through strategy consultation and selling sponsorship assets, where the team acts as an extension of our retainer clients.Job OverviewAs a key member of the Rights team, this individual will be responsible for learning how to support the Rights team with all facets of global and regional sponsorship sales.
