Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Intern Project Leader to support project leaders across multiple workstreams. The role focuses on financial tracking, reporting, task management, staffing adjustments, and invoice reconciliation.

The internship runs for six months with a hybrid setup (in-office at least 3 days) and a 40-hour workweek. The hourly rate is $20, reflecting the role and required education.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or soon to graduate with a degree, certification program or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Active team player with sound time management.
• Emerging MS Office skills.
• Excited about the Project Management career path.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Leaders and Senior Project Leaders in achieving deliverables across multiple projects.
• Assist with financial tracking and reporting, task management, staffing adjustments, and invoice reconciliation.
• Document activities of the project team including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Help coordinate client training and internal onboarding processes.
• Maintain project documentation such as budgets, change orders, and postmortems.
