Job summary

Back Market is seeking a Services Project Manager Intern in Paris to join the Extended Services Team. You will enhance the customer funnel, launch value-added features, and ensure offers meet local customer expectations. The role involves cross-team collaboration with marketing and product, plus engagement with local partners.

Starting January 2027 for six months, the internship is full-time (35h/week) in Paris, France, with an internship agreement from your French school required.

Qualifications

• English and French are essential for the role.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/PowerPoint; SQL is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and data-driven mindset.
• Fintech/insurtech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across active countries using Tableau; generate reports.
• Improve NPS and the claim management process with the Care Team.
• Launch new features to insurance offers; ensure market fit locally.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and local partners.
• Roll out new services or pricing in cross-team collaborations.
• Develop business-to-consumer premium services to boost conversions.
