Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC in Lakewood, CO offers an internship for a Petroleum Engineering student to gain hands-on experience in subsurface engineering, injection wells, and gas storage projects. The internship runs May–August 2027, for 10 weeks, is in-person at our Lakewood office, and provides mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams.

What Else You Need to Know

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person at our Lakewood office. We will host our Summer 2027 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.

Compensation And Other Benefits

• Pay Range $26.18-$37.09 USD Hourly
• The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include; paid time off, a housing stipend and more.

• The design of CO2 wells and the monitoring data collection and analysis for safe and productive operations
• How to present subsurface data and project results to a variety of audiences: technical, peers, management.
