Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, Partnership Activation for the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. This paid, part-time role supports Partnership Marketing through asset handling, activation planning, and event execution.

You will assist with merch storage, asset tracking, and cross-functional projects while collaborating with ambassadors at home matches and creating marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sport Management or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Professional interact with members at all levels of the organization.
• Reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Passion for fútbol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing assets, photos, and information.
• Assist with tracking in-stadium and broadcast exposure of partner assets.
• Assist with planning and execution of partner activations and events.
• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of merchandise, including coordinating shipping and receiving for events and internal needs.
• Perform organizational tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Provide support for matchday responsibilities and collaborate with ambassadors at all home matches, as delegated.
• Support the creation and editing of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.

Position Summary:

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Partnership Activation to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Marketing. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Marketing team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
