Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern in Human Resources to contribute to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding and administrative support. This paid, part-time internship is part of the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

The intern will assist in a broad range of HR projects, engage with team members, and participate in onboarding, orientations and events while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Ability to interact professionally with members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to work non-traditional hours and settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment for personnel, interns, gameday staff and temporary employees.
• Assist onboarding process including offer letters, new hire packets, communications and scheduling.
• Assist in orientations, training sessions and employee events.
• Conduct audits of personnel files and assist with compliance filings.
• Plan and prepare employee appreciation events.
• Respond to staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contribute to organizational and special HR projects.

Position Summary:

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Human Resources to work on a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding and administration support. This person will also be responsible for helping develop and execute various managerial projects and completing special projects as delegated by the Human Resources team.

This is a paid, part‑time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts for all personnel, interns, Gameday staff and temporary employees.
• Assist in onboarding process including generating offer letters, preparing new hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising organizational chart and scheduling meetings.
• Assists in organizing and conducting new hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events.
• Conduct audits of personnel files and assists with filings to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assists with planning and preparation for employee appreciation events.
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs organizational and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours, in non‑traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
• All applicants must pass a pre‑employment background check.

Schedule: Part‑time, fewer than 20 hours per week
