Inter Miami CF is offering a Number 10 Internship in Partnership Activation for the 2027 Sprint Season. The paid, part-time program provides hands-on experience across partnership marketing projects, events, and cross-functional collaboration within the club.

You’ll contribute to assets management, activations, and presentation creation. The role requires current enrollment in Sport Management or a related program, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in sport management or related field.
• Able to interact professionally with members at all levels.
• Reliable, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Organize assets, photos, and information for partner assets.
• Track in-stadium and broadcast exposure of partner assets.
• Plan and execute partner activations and events.
• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of merchandise for events.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Partnership Marketing.
• Support matchday responsibilities and collaborate with ambassadors at home games.
• Create and edit presentations and marketing materials for internal/external use.
• Respond to staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Position Summary:

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Partnership Activation to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Marketing. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Marketing team. This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing assets, photos, and information.
• Assist with tracking in-stadium and broadcast exposure of partner assets.
• Assist with planning and execution of partner activations and events.
• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of merchandise, including coordinating shipping and receiving for events and internal needs.
• Perform organizational tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Provide support for matchday responsibilities and collaborate with ambassadors at all home matches, as delegated.
• Support the creation and editing of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sport Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
