Job summary

Inter Miami CF is launching the Number 10 Internship, a paid, part-time program designed to develop future leaders in sports and entertainment. The Intern, Partnership Development will support creating partnerships, preparing sales materials, and assisting in events and research for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

The role requires pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field.
• Ability to interact professionally with members at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Passion for fútbol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prospecting and developing new business partnerships to accomplish team sales goals.
• Assist Manager with creating and organizing sales presentations.
• Assist with matchday duties for all home games, as delegated.
• Support the creation of reports and summaries of key findings from secondary and primary research.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business initiatives.
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs organizational and special projects as assigned.
• Assist Partnership Activation and Business Intelligence with special projects.

Position Summary:

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Partnership Development to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Development. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Development team.

This is a paid, part‑time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Requirements

• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours, in non‑traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
