Job summary

MedPro Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Learning & Development intern to partner with internal stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and roll out program updates. You will provide project management support, track timelines, gather requirements, analyze learning data, and help curate content and basic eLearning assets using Microsoft tools.

Strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least 2 years toward a degree in Organizational Leadership, HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strategic thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to self-start and communicate proactively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development initiatives with planning and coordination.
• Provide project management support, maintaining timelines, capturing requirements, tracking action items, and communicating status updates across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze learning data and translate findings into themes and actionable recommendations.
• Assist with learning content curation and organization, auditing materials and organizing resources into playlists or pathways.
• Contribute to digital learning development with exposure to instructional design and eLearning tools.
• Create clear, professional deliverables for stakeholders using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Participate in company and community activities as able.

In this role, you will…

• Support major Learning & Development initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders to help plan, coordinate, and execute program updates and rollouts.
• Provide project management support, including maintaining timelines, capturing requirements, tracking action items, and communicating status updates across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and synthesize learning data (survey results, program evaluations, qualitative feedback) and translate findings into clear themes and actionable recommendations.
• Assist with learning content curation and organization, including auditing existing materials, identifying gaps, and organizing resources into learning playlists or pathways aligned to core skills.
• Contribute to digital learning development as needed, with exposure to instructional design practices and eLearning tools (drafting content, updating assets, supporting course builds).
• Create clear, professional deliverables for stakeholders such as summaries, presentations, trackers, and simple reports using Microsoft tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
• Participate in company and community activities as able.

• Minimum of 2 years pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership, HR, Business, Psychology or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detailed, creative, and strategic thinker with ability to problem solve and think critically
• Capability to self-start projects and leverage proactive communication in the process
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
• Strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer
• Authorization to work in the United States withoutrequiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future
