Job summary

Inter Miami CF is offering a paid, part-time IT internship for the 2027 Sprint Season. The role focuses on technical troubleshooting and helping end-users in a dynamic sports environment.

You will respond to requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, assist with hardware/software setup, document resolutions, and provide on-site IT support during events and game days.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking concepts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to internal & external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support the installation and set-up of new computer equipment and software.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist with setup and preparation of events and game days, and provide on-site IT support.

This is a paid, part‑time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong reliability and organizational skills
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact professionally with members at all levels of the organization
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
