Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The intern may assist with:
IT Operations & Support
- Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and related technology equipment.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and workstation setup.
- Provide first-level technical support and assist with service desk ticket resolution.
- Perform hardware inventory and asset management activities.
- Update and maintain technology documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with equipment lifecycle tracking and replacement planning.
Cybersecurity
- Support cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.
- Assist with security reporting, auditing, and documentation.
- Review software inventories and identify unsupported or end-of-life applications.
- Help maintain records related to security controls and compliance activities.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects and process improvement efforts.
Microsoft 365 & Business Applications
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and reporting.
- Support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
- Help develop automated workflows using Power Automate and related technologies.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and dashboard development.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Create and maintain reports utilizing Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Analyze technology performance metrics and service desk data.
- Develop dashboards that support operational and management decision-making.
- Assist with data validation and reporting improvements.
Infrastructure & Project Support
- Assist with network and infrastructure documentation.
- Participate in technology deployments and upgrades.
- Attend departmental meetings and project discussions.
- Support special projects assigned by the Information Technology team.
The intern will have opportunities to:

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 products.

- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, scripting, or programming is beneficial but not required.
