Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in talent acquisition or HR programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of a defined program or workstream.
• Demonstrated use of data and metrics to report on program health and drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (including military).

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of intern experience programming across the internship lifecycle: onboarding, cohort events, mentorship touchpoints, development sessions, and offboarding.
• Execute against established plans, timelines, and templates; manage program calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across Blue Origin sites including Kent, Huntsville, Cape Canaveral to deliver a consistent intern experience.
• Monitor program metrics and survey responses, including intern experience scores, manager feedback, participation rates, and conversion signals.
