Job summary

Qualifications

• MIS, computer science, or major in technical field
• Completion of sophomore year preferred

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher

Responsibilities

• Paid internship in Digital Workplace Experience at EMC
• Learns EMC culture, structure, and functions across branches
• Images, installs, and maintains PCs, laptops, and other hardware
• Maintains asset management by checking in new equipment and decommissioning end of life assets
• Collaborates with team to oversee day-to-day systems (Jira ticketing, M365, Tanium, Windows and Mac OS)
• Collaborates with team to manage endpoint technologies, including patching, security, software deployment, backups, and device management
• Assists with automation and process improvement initiatives through scripting, reporting, and workflow documentation
• Troubleshoots and problem solves common issues on endpoints
• Coordinates shipping and receiving of team member equipment
