• Support Jira, M365, Tanium tasks and ticketing.
• Help deploy software and manage patching.
• Assist with automation through scripting and reporting.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving of equipment.
• Document workflows and processes.
• Troubleshoot common endpoint issues.
