Job Summary

The Customer Credit Services Intern will support process improvement, operational analysis, and customer service initiatives within the Credit Services organization. This role provides hands-on experience analyzing business processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and assisting with customer account-related research and resolution activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that enhance the customer experience, strengthen compliance, and improve overall business performance.

Through this internship, students will gain exposure to:

• - Utility credit and collections operations
• - Customer affordability and assistance programs
• - Process improvement methodologies
• - Business analytics and reporting
• - Regulatory and compliance considerations
• - Customer dispute resolution and account management
• - Cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement
• - Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• - Support process documentation and workflow enhancements.
• - Conduct research on customer account issues, including medical certifications, identity verification, and billing disputes.
• - Assist with reporting, data analysis, and special projects.
• - Support customer affordability, collections, and compliance initiatives.

• - Must have a graduation date of 2028 or 2029

What You'll Get

Hourly Rate:

$25.00 - $27.00

The hourly rate listed is the rate we anticipate paying for this position. If a range is listed, the actual hourly rate offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate's degree type, academic major, and/or school classification (e.g., sophomore, junior, senior).
