Job summary

Vanguard's College to Corporate Business Leadership Internship Program offers hands-on experience at one of the world's largest investment firms. Throughout the summer you will develop skills, gain insights into our business, and begin building a network across teams.

Open to all majors with a preference for business, finance, marketing, or accounting, the program includes coaching, mentorship, and a pathway to a full-time role, including Vanguard Specialty Programs, while supporting

Join Vanguard's College to Corporate Business Leadership Internship Program and gain hands-on experience at one of the world's largest investment firms. Over the course of the internship, y ou'll develop the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to succeed in a dynamic business environment . Designed to prepare future leaders, this internship provides opportunities to influence meaningful work, drive results, and make a lasting impact while supporting Vanguard's mission of giving investors the best chance for investment success.

In this internship program you will:

• Develop a broad understanding of our business and gain deep insights into the department in which you are pursuing your project work.
• Practice key skills that demonstrate how stakeholder management, creative thinking, and problem-solving drive success in a world-class corporation.
• Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry as you identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve how the business functions .
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship by meeting regularly with your program manager, internship manager, and buddy, ensuring you have the support needed to excel .
• Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of dedicated professionals working to do what's right for the client.
• Present a business solution based on your project work , showcasing your understanding and contributions to the department and overall business.

• Open to all majors, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields. Ideal candidates are those passionate about building a career in the dynamic world of financial services.
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain professional relationships within a diverse network.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt seamlessly to evolving environments, and proactively take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and across varied experiences and backgrounds.

• At this time Vanguard is only considering candidates that will not now , or in the future, need sponsorship or other immigration support to obtain U . S . work authorization
• This program is a full-time, paid summer internship
• The start date for this program will be May/June 202 7
• Acceptance into the program is contingent upon a successful drug-screening result and background check
• You will have the opportunity to give back to the community by donating your time and talent during a paid Volunteer Day with your intern cadre
