Join Vanguard’s College to Corporate Internship Program for Sales and embark on an immersive, hands‑on experience at one of the world’s largest investment firms. This internship offers real‑world experiences through unique opportunities that will not only prepare you for a future career in sales but also empower you to make a meaningful impact.

You'll dive deep into Vanguard’s business model across its three sales divisions and lead key assignments that contribute to our mission, making a difference for our fifty million investors worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop a broad understanding of Vanguard’s business and gain deep insights into the department where you pursue your project work within Vanguard’s sales divisions.
• Learn and practice sales skills that show how relationship management, creative thinking, technology, analysis, and problem‑solving drive success in a world‑class corporation.
• Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry as you identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve how the business functions.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship by meeting regularly with your program manager and internship manager.
• Build new relationships in a fast‑growing network of dedicated professionals.
