Job summary

Vanguard’s College to Corporate Business Leadership Internship Program offers hands-on experience at one of the world's largest investment firms. Over the summer, you'll develop skills, gain confidence, and contribute to meaningful work aligned with Vanguard's mission to give investors the best chance for investment success.

You'll receive personalized coaching, meet regularly with your program manager and buddy, and build a network of dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain professional relationships within a diverse network.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt to evolving environments, and proactively take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and backgrounds.

Special Factors

• At this time Vanguard is only considering candidates that will not now, or in the future, need sponsorship or other immigration support to obtain U.S. work authorization
• This program is a full‑time, paid summer internship
• The start date for this program will be May/June 2027
• Acceptance into the program is contingent upon a successful drug‑screening result and background check
• You will have the opportunity to give back to the community by donating your time and talent during a paid Volunteer Day with your intern cadre
