You will be responsible for responding to customer emails and managing customer database information by handling submitted forms, which include updating contacts, notes, billing information, invoice adjustments, and submitting invoices for payments. You will also upload reports to compliance engines and invoices to third‑party portals for payment processing. Additionally, you will work on data entry and cleanup projects. Auditing work orders, reviewing, and creating invoices for delivery to customers will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related field. Candidates should be knowledgeable of MS Word, and Excel and have good computer skills. Candidates should be self‑motivated, career‑driven, customer service focused and able to grasp information quickly.
