Job summary

Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Intermodal Operations Manager to guide a team in delivering timely and cost-efficient intermodal services from St. Louis, MO.

The role combines expert intermodal knowledge with customer-focused operations, budgets, and staffing decisions. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize routing and carrier relationships, and ensure accurate cost management while maintaining service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor/associate degree preferred in logistics, business or related field.
• 7+ years Intermodal experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of North American geography; familiarity with intermodal routing and pricing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee routing, equipment availability, costs, and margin optimization with service coordinators.
• Audit customer service performance and communicate issues to leadership.
• Oversee 3rd and 4th party carriers; manage load tender and cost recovery processes.
