Job summary

Radiant Global Logistics Inc is hiring an Intermodal Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure timely, reliable intermodal service. You will oversee routing, carrier costs, and process improvements to meet and exceed customer expectations while mentoring staff and managing budget targets.

The role requires deep intermodal knowledge, strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office, SAP and AS400. A background in logistics with North American routing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; Degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years intermodal experience with at least 2 years in management or leadership.
• Geography: Strong knowledge of North American geography and intermodal routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a productive, high-performing team; recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely service and adherence to policies.
• Oversee cost management, routing, carrier selection, and intermodal pricing.
• Monitor customer service levels and communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with budget planning and staffing decisions.
