Job summary

Radiant Logistics, Inc. in St. Louis seeks an Intermodal Operations Manager to guide a structured, efficient team.

You will apply expert intermodal knowledge, oversee customer service and transportation operations, and lead with independent judgement to meet and exceed service levels. This role requires a proven leadership track, strong budgeting input, and the ability to optimize routing, costs, and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years Intermodal experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of North American geography.
• Knowledge of Intermodal routing and pricing is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
• Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP/AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Intermodal team.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise team results; coach and discipline as needed.
• Manage day-to-day Intermodal operations and customer service.
• Control costs and ensure margins through load optimization.
• Oversee third/fourth-party carriers and load tender processes.
• Communicate industry updates to stakeholders.
