Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive the Inland Delivery Team in the United States. You will coach coordinators, oversee performance metrics, and coordinate intermodal shipments by rail, truck, barge, and feeder vessels to optimize costs and service levels.

The role requires an associate degree and at least 3 years in maritime/logistics with proficiency in Salesforce and QlikView. You will ensure compliance with shipping regulations and lead process improvements across

Qualifications

Associate degree required with a minimum of 3 years in maritime/logistics environments.
Specialized knowledge of operations within shipping terms, routings, schedules, and carrier practices.
Proficiency with Salesforce and QlikView or equivalent software.
US work eligibility required for employment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Inland Delivery team to create exceptional customer experiences for inland shipments.
Ensure timely and cost-efficient transport of containers by rail, truck, barge, and feeder vessel within the operation area.
Review KPIs and drive improvements in customer service and operations to meet targets.
Ensure proper routings for cost-effective intermodal operations and monitor work orders.
