Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, data entry and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Broker transportation shipments and securing carrier capacity.
• Trace shipments via web portals and monitor status.
• Provide customer support and address issues.
• Conduct spot pricing and rate negotiations to meet margins.
• Ensure compliance with service levels, lanes and timing.
• Book loads with RMIS carrier compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
