4th Day Trucking in Bryant, AR is recruiting regional solo drivers with a minimum of 3 months of experience.

The lane covers TN, AR, MS, LA, AL, KY, MO, IL, and IN, averaging about 1,700 miles per week with 5 days out and 36–48 hours off; Hazmat endorsement is required by day 60.

Pay is about $73,000 per year on average (0.60–0.66 cpm), with newer equipment and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of experience as a regional driver.
• Hazmat endorsement required by day 60.
• Ability to operate solo on a regional lane with varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lane covering multiple states.
• Maintain safety and compliance with hazmat requirements.
• Adhere to schedule and rest periods as determined by seniority.

Selected drivers must have Hazmat endorsement by 60th day

Schedules and shifts may vary; they are mostly determined by seniority. Regardless drivers will be out 5 days and rest between 36-48 hours
